ITW Imtran offers both etched and unetched plate materials, as well as plate processing supplies and equipment. These materials can be used with Imtran, as well as most competitive equipment. We have several "standard" materials, as well as many special purpose materials for specific applications, such as laser plate engraving.
Unlike other companies that offer etched printing plates on an outsource basis, ITW Imtran has been manufacturing plates in-house for over 30 years, controlling every aspect of quality and delivery.
Traditional Pad Printing Plate Materials:

Next Generation Plate Materials:
• LPM — Steel Backed Polymer for Laser Engraving for use w/CO2 Lasers

Plate Services:
ITW Imtran offers a full service art department, capable of providing total art creation, small modifications, or film outputs. We can help with multi-color art separations, screen and depth control, and precise artwork positioning.
We offer etched thick and thin steel plates, polymer, and laser engraved plates. Lead times vary by process, with etched polymer and laser engraved options generally available for next day shipping.
