Printing Pad Material Overview:
Imtran "Legacy" Material - Available in 8 different Shore A Durometer ranges each identified by a unique color. This material is know for long life, a short break-in, and chemical resistance to all popular types of pad printing inks and solvents;
White - 15 to 20 Shore A
Lavender - 20 to 25 Shore A
Green - 30 to 35 Shore A
Blue - 40 to 45 Shore A
Red - 50 to 55 Shore A
Yellow - 60 to 65 Shore A
Orange - 70 to 75 Shore A
Ebony - 80 to 85 Shore A
Imtran "W" Material - Available in 4 different Shore A Durometer ranges. This material is know for long life, full ink release and zero break-in. It is compatible with most popular types of pad printing inks and solvents;
W3 - 30 to 35 Shore A
W4 - 40 to 45 Shore A
W5 - 50 to 55 Shore A
W6 - 60 to 65 Shore A

Pad Break-In Procedures Download
Pad Storage- All printing pads should be stored at room temperature with low humidity and in a dust free environment. Unwrap from any packaging materials after receipt. Do not store pads upside down or in contact with other products as the surface will be damaged
Shelf Life - All pad printing pads, when stored properly, will have a minimum shelf life of two years.
